We try to ship out most orders on a next working day service but some items come from some of our other suppliers so can take longer.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shipping times are on each product page and when we have a delivery date or tracking number we will inform you by email.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Pay-Pal is our preferred method of payment. If this is not an option to you then we can accept bank transfer. Chip and Pin facilities are available for local customers collecting standard stock items. We can also process card payment verbally over the phone on the next working day (subject to verification checks).
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
As our preferred payment route is Pay-Pal, all purchases via this method qualifies for buyers protection.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, an account is not necessary to place orders on the website. If you are a regular customer it will speed up the order process as your details will already be saved but it is not a requirement.
